Prosopocoilus savagei, Cameroon Stag Beetle

Great stag beetle with orange-brown colored stripes on its sides from the pronutum down to the abdomen. These stag beetles can be found within Central Africa. The male's mandibles are larger compared to the females and are used primarily for battling and territorial purposes.
