Also known as the Leaf-Footed Bug, these "True Bugs" are tough-looking bugs. Per their common name, these Mesquite bugs feed on the sap of  Mesquite trees of Southwest America. They often can be found in the Sonoran Desert and dry areas in neighboring SW states, even in Texas!
