The Malaysian-Bush Cricket, Mecopoda elongata, is a dull tan-brown bush cricket from Southeast Asia. Their brown coloration varies but their wings partake a dead leaf which can aid them in camouflaging from their predators. The male species of bush crickets has 5 song-types when performing their mating calls to females.
